Privacy policy (hereafter referred to as “Policy”) applies to all the information, which LLC “User House” and/or its affiliates (hereafter referred to as “User House”) can obtain about the User during the their use of any of the sites, services, programs, and products of User House (hereafter referred to as “Services”, “User House Services”) and in the process of User House’ performing any agreements with the User. The User’s consent to the Policy, expressed by the User in the framework of relations with one of the listed parties, applies to all the other listed parties.
Using the User House Services means the unconditional consent of the User to this Policy and conditions of processing User’s personal information specified in the Policy; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the User should refrain from using the Services.
1. User’s personal information processed by User House

1.1.3. User’s other information, which processing is subject to terms of use of other User House Services.
1.3. User House does not verify the accuracy of personal information provided by the User, and does not have the ability to evaluate User’s legal capacity
2. Purposes of processing User’s personal information
2.1. User House collects and stores only the personal information, which is necessary for the provision of the Services or the execution of agreements and contracts with the User, unless the law provides for the mandatory storage of personal information for a period specified by law.
2.2. User House processes the User’s personal information for the following purposes:
2.2.1. Identification of the party within the framework of the Services, agreements and contracts with User House;
2.2.2. Providing the User with personalized Services and the execution of agreements and contracts;
2.2.3. Communication with the User, including sending of notifications, requests, and information regarding the use of the Services, the execution of agreements and contracts, as well as the processing of requests and applications from the User;
2.2.4. Improving the quality of Services, their usability, development of new Services;
2.2.5. Advertising targeting;
2.2.6. Statistical and other research based on anonymized data.
3. Conditions for the processing of Users’ personal information and its transfer to third parties
3.1. User House stores Users’ personal information in accordance with the internal regulations of specific services.
3.2. With regard to the User’s personal information, its confidentiality is maintained, except in cases of voluntary provision by the User of their personal information for general access to an unlimited circle of persons.
3.3. User House has the right to transfer the User’s personal information to third parties in the following cases:
3.3.1. User has expressed consent to such actions;
3.3.2. As a result of processing the User’s personal information by depersonalizing it, anonymous statistics are obtained, they are then transmitted to a third party for research, work implementation or the provision of services on behalf of User House.
3.4. When processing Users’ personal data, User House is guided by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On Personal Data”.
4. Change and deletion of personal information. Mandatory data retention
4.1. The User can at any time change (update, supplement) their personal information or a part of it by sending a written request to info@userhouse.com.
4.2. The User can at any time delete their personal information by sending a written request to info@userhouse.com.
4.3. The rights provided for in paragraphs. 4.1. and 4.2. of this Policy may be limited in accordance with the requirements of the law. In particular, such restrictions may include the obligation of the User House to save information that has been changed or deleted by the User for a period established by law, and to transfer such information in accordance with the legislatively established procedure to a state body.
5. Processing personal information with cookies and counters
5.1. Cookies transmitted to the User’s equipment by User House and to User House by the User’s equipment can be used by User House to provide the User with personalized Services, to target advertisements that are displayed to the User, for statistical and research purposes, as well as to improve the User House Services.
5.2. The User is aware that the User’s equipment and software used to visit websites on the Internet may have the function of prohibiting the operation of cookies (for any sites or certain sites), as well as deleting previously received cookies.
5.3. User House has the right to establish that the provision of a certain Service is possible only on condition that the acceptance and receipt of cookies is permitted by the User.
5.4. The structure of the cookie, its content and technical parameters are determined by User House and are subject to change without prior notice to the User.
5.5. The counters placed by User House in the Services can be used to analyze the cookies of the User, to collect and process statistical information about the use of the Services, as well as to ensure the operability of the Services in general or their individual functions in particular. The technical parameters of the operation of the counters are determined by User House and are subject to change without prior notice to the User.
6. Measures taken to protect the User’s personal information
6.1. User House takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
7. Change of privacy policy. Applicable Law
7.1. User House has the right to amend this Privacy Policy. When making changes in the current edition, the date of the last update is indicated.The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. 7.2. The Law of the Russian Federation applies to this Policy and the relationship between the User and User House in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy.
