Forex Club has been on the online investment and trading market since 1997 and has now become one of its leading players. One of the key stages in terms of converting from people interested in the service to customers is registering a trading account. That is why the ForexClub colleagues entrusted the expert assessment of the registration mechanism to our specialists.
Task:
To conduct an expert assessment of the registration mechanism for a trading account on the ForexClub website and competitors' websites. To provide recommendations for improving the registration mechanism.
Result:
Based on the results of the expert assessment, a new interface for the trading account registration mechanism was designed, which made it possible to simplify registration, reduce the number of errors and, as a result, increase the conversion from page visitors to registered customers of the company.
